Transfer from another university to SPbPU

Situation 1. You are student of a preparatory faculty of a Russian university and would like to transfer to SPbPU

The transfer from one educational organization of the Russian Federation to another of foreign citizens studying within the quota of the Government of the Russian Federation, who are graduates of preparatory faculties, is carried out only after the final certification if the following documents are presented:

1. Written application of the student,
2. Letters of consent from SPbPU,
3. Letters of consent to the transfer of the educational organization in which the foreign citizen is studying,
4. Petitions of the sending party (Embassies/Representative offices of Rossotrudnichestvo).

The student:

• collects these documents on his own,
• then the documents are sent to the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia by the educational organization in which the foreign citizen is studying or by SPbPU by agreement.

Situation 2. You are already a regular student of a Russian university and would like to transfer to SPbPU

Transfer from an another educational organization of the Russian Federation to SPbPU is carried out on the basis of:

1. Written application of the student

• Specify:
  1. Full name,
  2. country,
  3. name of the educational organization in which the training takes place,
  4. the field of study (program) to which the transfer is planned,
  5. the language of instruction,
  6. the reason for the transfer
• Приложить:
  1. document on education with a translation into Russian,
  2. passport with a translation into Russian,
  3. referral to study from the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia,
  4. certificate of study, an academic certificate with the disciplines studied, grades and labor intensity (number of hours).

2. Written consent of the SPbPU Institute after review, comparison of curricula,

3. Letters of consent from the educational organization hosting the training,

4. Letters of consent to the transfer of the educational organization in which the foreign citizen is studying,

5. Petitions of the sending party (Embassies/Representative offices of Rossotrudnichestvo).

The student collects these documents on his own, then they are sent to the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia by the educational organization in which the foreign citizen is studying or by SPbPU by agreement.
